I was cynically expecting to be advised that we would need to invest great sums of money to ensure a reliable IT system, however I was pleasantly surprised the Tech Precision have been willing and able to work with our existing infrastructure and still dramatically increase our uptime.

Of course, we have made some small investments as recommended by Tech Precision, in particular on our data storage and backup. Jaydo Construction Pty Ltd has been operating for the past 35 years as a diverse civil construction company specialising in the construction of large diameter stormwater, water and sewerage pipeline projects. While JAYDO are specialists in civil construction, IT experts we are not. Having a staff of less than 100 we’re not quite at a size to have our own dedicated IT resource, we therefore rely heavily on the expertise of the team at Tech Precision to provide us with not only IT support, but also technical direction appropriate to our business for now and into the future. However, now on the other side of this project we have noticeable system performance improvements and security of future operations. Mideco Dust Control is an Australian founded and owned designer and manufacturer of air pollution control systems. We have been operating for over 60 years. During that time we have become experts in our field of dust collector and industrial air pollution control engineering. In relation to our IT systems we had previously been utilising an internal person (this was additional to their full time role) supported with the services of an external company.
