Tech Precision is the sole authorised Service and Repair partner for the Printronix, TallyGenicom and DASCOM printer brands in Australia.

Clients receive three levels of service:

An Australian-based helpdesk will provide free advice and diagnostics over the ‘phone, and will solve most issues immediately to get you back up and running.

If a technician is still required, then on-site service is arranged and provided in over 150 locations across the country.

Finally if you need any issue escalated then your Account Manager will ensure it’s attended to quickly so there’s minimal interruption and you receive the maximum return from your investment.

This level of service is only possible since we, as the local manufacturer, and the service organisation are under the same umbrella. This arrangement also ensures technical training and skillsets are kept up-to-date, spare parts are readily available, communication internally and with our clients is open and transparent, and insight into product roadmaps help shape printer strategies.

We’re well aware that most continuous-forms printing applications are mission-critical in nature, which is why we also offer extended maintenance agreements that fit your specific needs (such as 24 x 7 coverage), and fleet management plans which includes asset tagging, buy-back and leasing options.
