Tech Precision ensures the implementation and execution of a new relationship is as seamless as possible. Our implementation plan begins with the appointment of an Account Manager who will gain a full understanding of your requirements (historical, present and future) and develop a strategic plan incorporating all aspects of the proposed service from staff training and process documentation through to agreed KPI reporting. The outcome of this process is an agreed project plan that is used as a template for discussions during the implementation process and is further developed to manage the execution and ongoing management of the relationship.

Phase one:

The first step is to gain a detailed understanding of your business direction and current IT infrastructure set up. Then match that against future needs allowing us to establish a solid foundation to build the IT support service platform around.

Phase two:

The second step is to establish and maintain the agreed day to day services for you and if required bring the current system up to industry standards. This involves bringing equipment up to latest patch levels, correcting system vulnerabilities and ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place and more importantly testing that they work. Our Proactive Services allows us to remotely monitor your systems in real time allowing us to provide the desired service levels required.

Phase three:

With the assistance of your key stakeholders we develop, deliver and set a continued improvement plan for agreed business KPI’s.
